If you wish to change a student's profile, you can do so by following the steps below. We are constantly iterating our assessment and placement algorithm, and if you wish to help us perfect our model, feedback on why a student's profile was inaccurate is greatly appreciated.

To change the student's profile manually:

1. In the students tab of the platform, select the student whose profile you wish to change

2. In the top right hand corner, click on the three dots

3. Click on 'Edit'

4. Under 'Choose Profile', select the profile that you feel is better suited for the student

5. When you are finished, click 'Update'

As mentioned above, if you are changing a student's learning profile, we highly appreciate the feedback as to why you feel it needs to be changed.
