Individual session workflow

Who can access this?
Anyone can access this feature.
1. If you haven't already, follow these steps to create a new private session

2. Enter the topics you wish to work on in the session

3. If there is a learning path available, select and assign the steps you wish to take. Otherwise, input your own custom subtopics that you wish to cover during the session
4. Input your smart notes by selecting one of 'Found it difficult', 'Needs more practice' and 'Found it easy'. Once you have selected one, a popup will appear where you can input more detailed notes
5. If you are using a learning path, you will be able to click a star icon next to each subtopic to reveal teaching tips for that topic along with its worksheet and solutions in the 'Insight' section
6. When the session is finished, you will be able to preview the report, which will automatically be pre-filled

7. Click 'Edit report' to adjust any details, then click 'Share report' when you are finished
8. Click 'Send report via email' to send a unique link for the report to the primary contact(s) of the student, or click 'Copy Link' to send it manually and then click 'Mark as sent'

Group session workflow

Who can access this?
Anyone can access this feature.
1. If you haven't already, follow these steps to create a new group class

2. Enter the topics you wish to work on in the session

3. If there is a learning path available, select and assign the steps you wish to take. Otherwise, input your own custom subtopics that you wish to cover during the session
4. Input your smart notes by selecting one of red, yellow or green to indicate understanding level. Once you have selected one, a popup will appear where you can input more detailed notes
5. For further notes, at the bottom, select the student who you wish to add notes for, then click on any relevant bubbles and add any other notes you wish to
6. When the session is finished, you will be able to preview the report by clicking the student's name, which will open their automatically pre-filled report

7. Click 'Edit report' to adjust any details, then click 'Share report' when you are finished
8. Click 'Send report via email' to send a unique link for the report to the primary contact(s) of the student, or click 'Copy Link' to send it manually and then click 'Mark as sent'
